@MattVincenziPGA Russell Henley plays on a Tour that follows the OWGR criteria and therefore gets points. Jon Rahm plays on a circuit that chooses to not follow any of the OWGR criteria and therefore does not get points. Pretty easy to understand. Hope this helps!

@BobSuraFans @NUCLRGOLF The whole point of captain's picks is to encourage mixing it up beyond the top 12. The Euros do this as much or more than the US does. If you play well enough to finish top 20 you're fair game without catching the "old boys" label

Unfortunately had to DQ myself from the tournament last night. I realized when inputting my stats on the way home that I signed a card stating I had a 3 on hole 14, when in fact I had a 4. I immediately called the Tour and reported the error, but as it was more than 15 minutes past my score being turned in, it resulted in a DQ. Although it would not have affected the results of the tournament, I’m disappointed in myself for not paying closer attention… And for letting my emotions get the best of me after a tough round. I will use this as fuel for my next event and hopefully turn this season around. Thank you to everyone for the kind messages ❤️

@Cackalacman @NUCLRGOLF @AdamSchupak Yeah Greiner is definitely one of the more direct caddies out there (and that’s not a knock on him). I also think Colin is a lot softer than JT though. He’s going to have a very hard time finding someone as good as JJ that can also coddle him the way he likes lol

@KylePorterNS I filled out the PGA's engagement survey a year or two ago and "more context" is what I asked for repeatedly. Seeing a swing + a zoomed-in ball in the sky + a ball landing on a zoomed-in unidentifiable grassy area is just... meh. Drone tracer + down-the-line in PiP is awesome!

Context matters, and CBS has been doing a great job with it.

@hutch_golf @GolfloverUK Yep this is the obvious explanation. He could have anticipated the question and prepped a more graceful response… but I get the frustration.

My guess… the reporter already knows he’s playing the Qi10 and also knows TM doesn’t want Rory answering questions about why he’s not playing the Qi35, so he’s putting Rory in a tough spot here and Rory gives a snarky answer. Even if the reporter is clueless to this, it’s understandable Rory would be annoyed at the position he’s in, especially after the media reporting on the non-conforming driver issue. Not to say Rory is totally blameless here or that he shouldn’t handle it better, but I can empathize with the situation he’s in.

What is up with Rory?! The way he answers these very reasonable questions, soft questions, not probing ones, is so poor! He has become such a snark and comes across as a brat. Just give the answer politely he’s making it much bigger than it is. No idea why he’s doing this!

@bblock1924 @zagnut PGC is a total hack. I don't think Phil was trying to motivate Scottie and I don't think the tweet had an impact on Scottie's performance... BUT I'd be very surprised if Scottie hadn't heard about the tweet through someone in his circle and/or the media. Not that it matters.

This could be the dumbest golf tweet of the year. We are only nearly midway through 2025, but this is a strong contender and will be hard to beat. If he’s special needs please let me know and I’ll remove this.
