$IBRX wow, no holding back. Sean Spicer says the FDA went after Patrick over his appearance and claims about the treatment. Now he’s going right back on the same show that sparked it all, and Spicer’s already stirring things up. This could get interesting fast feels like something big is about to unfold.

$IBRX Sean Spicer mentioned that Dr. Pat will appear on Monday’s show, where they’ll discuss the FDA warning letter.

I am honored to have such a great video made about myself. #immortabio @immortabio #longevity youtube.com/watch?v=oetFLK…

If you are an FDA employee under pressure from the commissioner’s incompetent leadership, I want to hear from you. To submit a disclosure to my office, please email Auchincloss.Oversight@mail.house.gov

$IBRX I had emailed the FDA (including multiple departments), and finally a representative reached out on my cell. We had a productive discussion about how FDA barriers are preventing my family and others from accessing cancer treatments that are already approved globally, including in Saudi Arabia. I challenged how a U.S.-developed drug can receive accelerated approval abroad while Americans are blocked by FDA red tape. I let her know patients will hold FDA responsible. I also raised concerns about the EAP restrictions for for Lymphopenia and questioned why access isn’t available nationwide. 11k cases waiting. I shared my family’s cancer history my mother and three sisters, including one we recently lost and the urgency this creates. She acknowledged the concerns and said she would escalate. I made it clear that patients may pursue class action under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) if this continues. I was direct: immediate approval for Lymphopenia.

Please. This is nonsense. You figured out a way to swap castor oil for albumin making it easier to administer paclitaxel, a standard chemotherapy. Same side effects. Look at the label. The best thing you did, for you, was secure new patents for an old chemo. That’s how you sold Abraxane for billions of dollars to Celgene. Chemo and patent law loopholes made you rich. That’s @DrPatrick legacy.
