@GooglePlay i can't use my Google Play balance for almost 3 months now. After trying all basic troubleshoots and multiple convos with support that is mostly AI - only answer i'm getting is there are incinsistencies. I'm a long time user and i regularly redeem gift cards.

@GooglePlay I have already exhausted all basic troubleshooting in that link, which is exactly why I'm reaching out here. My balance has been locked since I redeemed a gift card purchased at Walgreens on March 7th. It's preventing me from spending the balance as well as redeeming more cards.

@GooglePlay But it appears on my e-wallet app it shows that I've been charged for my YouTube Premium monthly subscription. But i was charged before the due date, i went to cancel the subscription to get a refund but the purchase wasn't there when I wanted to get a refund.
