Bit sad that I’ve inadvertently broken my @Headspace streak - I was up to 971 days of daily meditation but with three flights here & only an hour to make connections in Singapore & Istanbul - I didn’t have time or WiFi on one day 😢 will get back to it soon

I’ve been trying to change my @Headspace email address for days, but I still can’t log in with my updated email ID. I’ve emailed Headspace support multiple times with no resolution so far. This is really frustrating. @HeadspaceHelp

Hey @Headspace I tried to cancel a few weeks ago and was offered 50% off renewal to stay. Then I was charged full price and your customer support is telling me there is nothing they can do about it, even though I messaged them the same day the charge went through.

What a terrible company @Headspace are, auto renewal on 21st Nov with no notification, requested cancellation and refund on the 24th, and they said no! What a joke, mental health app?! @HeadspaceHelp
Hi @Headspace , for a few days i have been trying to subscribe to your app using the discount banner on you webpage clicking it leads me to open my app which gets stuck on the logo page. Why dont you want to take my money? 😂.

@Headspace I have code from linkedin, it redirects to play store to open the app, but the app frizzes on start screen, i had to force close app and then within the app there is no way to input the coupon code or anything, just the natural subscription flow
@Headspace Could you guys respectfully not charge ppl at times you’re supposedly not able to provide customer service? I’m sure such could be an issue w/ ppl dealing w/ mental health💯🐍🌞
