"A poor draw overall but even more so with the way he is going." @deanwatling looks at the winners and losers from the All Aged Stakes barrier draw. Plus, he's drawn up the all-important speed map. betsy.com.au/all-aged-stake…

@Philssay Certainly doesn’t look like a star to me.. Flew all that way and today announced 1 extra day of diesel for the country….and the deals with Brunei and Singapore were apparently already done before he left.. A grandstanding pudding of a PM.

This is ridiculous. We haven't had a plant fire since coode and never at a petrol plant. It just happens now. It gives Labor the opportunity to lock us down and go to stage 3 fuel restrictions. Meanwhile albo looks like a star for allegedly securing fuel supplies . Set up

@deanwatling @betsy_com_au Yeah I thought there was a bit of Jmac going for his 1st sit on angel capital shenanigans. certainly has a great chance, just very surprised at the discrepancy from all-in prices. From what Waller was saying about being time to be a mother, it seems close to the end for fangirl

On Sydney radio 2GB, James Willis highlights a problem that has been hushed up for too long because it is a political hot potato. Millions of obsolete solar panels will need to be disposed of in the coming decades and there is no solution to the massive environmental problem this will present. Recycling is reportedly too small scale, uneconomic and difficult. Estimates of cost range to four times the original purchase cost. Govt is now proposing that disposal costs will be built into the purchase price of the panels. No word on how this will effect cost, but if the above stat is correct it means at least a fourfold increase. Interesting that this is coming to light in Australia. Where there is not the completely closed-shop media as in New Zealand. On Radio NZ today they were championing for subsidies for solar panels, but not one word was spoken on potential disposal problems. With Labour and the Greens both promising subsidies, don't hold your breath for NZ's compromised green-left media to raise this issue.

GREEN BOOM… GOES BUST When the turbines and solar catch fire, the truth does too. For years we were told the “green revolution” would save the planet, slash bills, and create a jobs bonanza. Instead? Australia is now watching government-funded failures burn literally. Offshore projects scrapped before they even start Fires at wind turbines tearing through farmland and bush Solar farms sitting half-completed, investors running for the hills Foreign state-owned companies making bank while taxpayers foot the risk Power prices STILL skyrocketing despite billions poured into subsidies Labor sold a fantasy, a renewables gold rush. What did we get? A green mirage built on fairy tales and PR slogans. While Aussies are battling energy bills that are now a second mortgage, Chris Bowen is still out there picking winners… except his winners keep bursting into flames and collapsing on the balance sheet. And when a minister’s great “boom” relies on censorship, secrecy, and insurance claims… you know the boom has already gone bust. Australia deserves power that works, not another taxpayer-torched experiment. This isn’t climate policy. This is economic vandalism dressed up as virtue. “WHEN RENEWABLES GO WRONG - YOU PAY THE PRICE

@AmericaFirsst Can you come and do Australia’s NDIS after you’re done , our country’s PM has imported hundreds of thousands of unskilled migrants for votes, they are ripping the system off $BILLIONS and they won’t investigate them because they don’t want to loose their votes.

James Comer says the House Ethics Committee will take over the investigation into Rep. Ilhan Omar after a massive spike in her net worth was flagged in financial disclosures: “We’ve been informed in the last few hours that the Ethics Committee is probably going to have to be the committee that takes up that investigation. So we’re going to be writing a letter in the morning referring this to the Ethics Committee. It’s a simple investigation. There are two companies listed on Omar’s husband’s financial disclosure form. One was worth between $1,000 and $5,000, and then the very next year it was worth between $1 million and $5 million. Another one was worth, I think, $25,000, and the next year it was worth between $5 million and $30 million.” What's your response to this......??👀 Do you firmly support this? A. Huge Yes B. No

Riddle me this. If @Qantas is charging a fuel levy to all of its customers to offset increased fuel prices, some serious explaining is required as to why it’s scaling back operations & routes citing fuel prices. Is Qantas is engaging in deceptive conduct?

I feel utterly betrayed, not simply as an ADF Veteran, but as someone who spent 15yrs on our Operational C/T front line after 9/11 trying to keep Australians safe from terrorism. The fact they now import them back into the country and pay HAMAS with our taxpayer $$ is fucked!!
Lozzy B 🇦🇺𝕏@TruthFairy131

The Australian Government funds the same terrorists that they sent our soldiers to fight in the Middle East. Many never made it home. How are our Veterans supposed to feel? TREASON

Cutting the NDIS is not just cruel, it’s bad economics. Every dollar spent on the NDIS puts $2.25 back into the economy, by enabling greater workforce participation. If Labor needs revenue they should start with a 25% tax on gas exports that would bring in $17 billion a year.

Right now, Labor is gearing up to rip funding from the NDIS in the upcoming budget. There's always money for war but right when people are doing it the toughest, the NDIS and the people it supports are facing cuts.
