@mattlieto @nealhenderson I think a lot has to do with tradition (wrong as they be). Also apart from San Remo not many races are as long as IM. I think at this point most everyone is now on board. Performance on the day massive advantage. Also recovery is so much easier.

@nealhenderson Always ahead of the game! But also surprising the majority of cyclist are SOOOO far behind on this. Literally every bike race I’ve done someone comments about how much I’m eating. Being the nice guy I am, I usually save some snacks for them after THEY cross the finish line!
