this is probably the coolest thing i've ever worked on if you're building in/on agentic finance, reach out! waap is a free embedded wallet and the most robust architecture for agent-safe custody $6k in bounties just this weekend for @FundingCommons hackathon
WaaP, Wallet as a Protocol@WaaPxyz

Agentic WaaP is live. Compromise the agent. Steal nothing. You don't have to give your private key to an agent, nor to your wallet provider.

custody is really important, especially when it comes to automation with non-deterministic black boxes it’s one of the things devs can’t afford to get wrong because it’s very difficult (or impossible) to reverse once deployed
WaaP, Wallet as a Protocol@WaaPxyz

Agentic WaaP: 1️⃣ Split key architecture: key never exists in full 2️⃣ Policy engine before signing: limits, time windows, allowlists 3️⃣ Permission Tokens: temporary policy bypass 4️⃣ Human approval loop: Telegram decision 5️⃣ Agents authenticate via API, never 🫱the key layer

the coolest part about this is the security working quietly behind the scenes we use something called 2 Party Computation (2PC) to make sure your key is never reconstructed in one place without several sanity checks export can be gated by several auth methods set by the user these can be chosen based on the security level required for that key * hardware wallet signature * email magic link * multisig Even biometrics or other novel methods like google Authenticator can be set up easily
WaaP, Wallet as a Protocol@WaaPxyz

Take your keys anywhere. WaaP's new key export feature lets you move your universal wallet to any standard self-custody wallet—with 2FA protection at export and no vendor lock-in.

@hosseeb @d3h3d_ @arjunsethi this exists today, agents sign into an embedded wallet using email/phone/socials/biometrics with on-chain enforceable policies you gotta stay ahead of the curve haseeb! where's your head been at?! waap.xyz

@d3h3d_ @arjunsethi Agreed you need strict policy guardrails all the way up (and in the limit, the agent should be able to implement those guardrails itself). Same as how a good human trader sets their own stop losses.

Had a great debate with @arjunsethi from Kraken at NEARCON about when AI agents will actually be ready to manage real capital. My take: agent reliability is a step function. At 90% accuracy, it's a cool demo, but doesn't really change anything. Even at 98%, it's not good enough. But at 99.8%, it changes everything. Right now we're still around 90%, which puts us in the "cool experiment" territory, but you can see it starting to poke through. That's why everyone's excited; we're rapidly ascending the reliability curve. But we're not there yet. Think self-driving cars circa 2017. Small pockets of places willing to try them, frequent failures, high risk tolerance, human drivers as guardrails. That's where we are right now with "self-driving wallets." Arjun says he'd put 100% of his crypto into an AI agent within 6-12 months. I don't believe it. 2 years, maybe. But I'll be checking back in 12 months!

hi, thanks for bringing this to our attention! you can sign the covenant using a new wallet. try logging in with email or socials instead of an EVM wallet and go through the face verification. you dont need a passport score for this. we set it up this way to avoid issues with previous credentials and to make it easy for new users. please do this soon though since we will revert purely to passport verification for the covenant since face verification can get pretty pricy for us to maintain with large #s we are working on linking wallets to your passport wallet but this wont be live for a little while longer since its quite complicated and also not the highest on the backlog we're focused on getting squid mode ready and stable first then filling in all the gaps to make the ecosystem coherent across our apps

Please can you add SUI wallet integration into @HumnPassport ? My proof of clean hands SBT was done on SUI chain. I'm unable to sign the Covenant Declaration or Prove Clean hands for passport as it only supports my ETH address but my identity is already logged against my SUI address and can't be used twice. When chain agnostic?? 🦑

Do you need to understand the world to survive in it? A classic 1970 cybernetics theorem says yes: "Every good regulator of a system must be a model of that system." But proving this mathematically for complex, unpredictable real-world scenarios has always been notoriously difficult. 2/5 In a new paper, "The Algorithmic Regulator" (published in Entropy), I tackle this using Algorithmic Information Theory and Kolmogorov Complexity. 🧠💻 It takes the classic Good Regulator Theorem and the Internal Model Principle and complements and extends them for non-linear, deterministic systems. 3/5 The paper looks at regulation as data compression. The proof shows that if a regulator successfully keeps a system (embedded in the world) stable (reducing the algorithmic complexity of its output), it mathematically must share "mutual algorithmic information" with the world with high probability. The key result: K(W∣R)mdpi.com/1099-4300/28/3…
