Naija style: Gari + Beans / Ewa Agoyin — plenty protein + carbs Yam + Egg (or plantain + fish) Add more eggs, groundnut, fish, or moi moi The key be: Eat enough to fuel your workout and recover No dey eat junk like too much bread, soft drinks, or oily snacks Focus on real food wey go support the muscle wey you dey build If you wan lose fat, then you fit control portion small. Full Ewa Agoyin Recipe (Muscle Building Version) 💪🔥 Ingredients (4-6 servings): 2 cups beans (Ewa Oloyin or black-eyed peas) Sauce: ¾ cup dried chili pepper, 2 red bell peppers, 1 onion, ginger, crayfish, 1 cup palm oil, seasoning cubes, salt Steps: Soak beans, wash well, boil till very soft (1-2 hours). Blend peppers + onion + ginger. Heat palm oil hot, fry the blend till dark reddish-brown (this na the real Agoyin taste!). Add crayfish & seasonings. Serve with plenty sauce + Gari on top or soaked. Add boiled egg, fish or groundnut for extra protein. Cost less than ₦800. Perfect post-workout meal! Who go try this weekend? But the key be say: the more you chop good food (like Gari + Beans, Ewa Agoyin, or bread + spinach like you), the more you train hard, the more your body go build. Food na fuel. Training na the work wey tear the muscle. Both of them together na wetin dey give that six-pack and solid physique. We don’t eat for taste or hunger, we eat because food supports our growth.. I can’t remember the last time I ate because I was hungry, I have never been hungry for a while now but I ate like glutton. I agree bro! 💯 Gym addiction na the only addiction society dey clap for. Instead of say make dem condemn am, dem dey hail you “discipline”, “grind”, “no days off”. But make we no lie — balance na key. The guy wey dey train consistently with good form, eat affordable Naija food like Gari + Beans, rest well, and no dey destroy him body with overtraining or ego lifting — that one na the real winner.
