@iiwasinthee212 Update from locals: The innocent Irishman was deaf and special needs and jumped by 2-3 men. Due to the attackers removing his eyes and cutting his throat he is now blind and likely mute. So he is now BLIND AND DEAF AND MUTE AND SPECIAL NEEDS! THIS STORY CANNOT GET WORSE!
