ޢާންމު މަޢުލޫމާތަށްޓަކައި. ޤައުމުތަކުގެ ކަނޑުގެ ސަރަޙައްދުތައް ކަނޑައެޅިފައިވާ ގޮތާއި، އެ ސަރަޙައްދުތަކުގައި ލިބިދޭ ޢާންމު ޙައްޤުތަކާއި ޒިންމާތައް ބަޔާންކުރާ ބައިނަލްއަޤްވާމީ މުޢާޙަދާއަކީ ޔުނައިޓެޑް ނޭޝަންސް ކޮންވެންޝަން އޮން ދަ ލޯވ އޮފް ދަ ސީ (އަންކްލޯސް). އަދި، ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ކަނޑުގެ ސަރަޙައްދުތަކުގައި ދިވެހިރާއްޖެއަށް ލިބިދޭ ޙައްޤުތަކާއި އިޚްތިޔާރުތައް ބަޔާންކުރާ ޤާނޫނަކީ ޤާނޫނު ނަންބަރު6/96 (ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ކަނޑުގެ ސަރަޙައްދުތަކާބެހޭ ޤާނޫނު"). މި ޤާނޫނުގައި ބަޔާންކުރާ ގޮތުން، ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ބިމާއި ބިމާ ގުޅިފައިވާ ވައިގެ ސަރަޙައްދުގެ އިތުރަށް، ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އެތެރޭ ކަނޑާއި، އާކިޕެލަޖިކް ކަނޑާއި، ސަރަޙައްދީ ކަނޑާއި، މި ކަނޑުތަކުގެ އަޑީގައިވާ ފަސްގަނޑާއި، މި ކަނޑުތަކާ ގުޅިފައިވާ ވައިގެ ސަރަޙައްދަކީ ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ސިޔާދަތީ ބާރުގެ ދަށުގައިވާ ތަންތަން. ޤައުމުތަކުގެ ވައިގެ ސަރަޙައްދުތަކާއި، ވައިގެ ދަތުރުފަތުރުގައި އަމަލުކުރާ މައިގަނޑު އުޞޫލުތައް ބަޔާންކުރާ "ކޮންވެންޝަން އޮން އިންޓަނޭޝަނަލް ސިވިލް އޭވިއޭޝަން (ޗިކާގޯ ކޮންވެންޝަން) ގައި ބަޔާންކުރާ ގޮތުން ޤައުމުތަކުގެ ސަރަޙައްދީ ކަނޑާއި ގުޅިފައިވާ ވައިގެ ސަރަޙައްދަކީ އެ ޤައުމުގެ ސިޔާދަތީ ބާރު ހިނގާ، އަދި އެ ސަރަޙައްދަށް ވަނުމުގެ ކުރިން ހުއްދަ ހޯދަންޖެހޭނެ ސަރަޙައްދެއް. މިއަށްވުރެ ބޭރުގެ ވައިގެ ސަރަޙައްދަކީ އިންޓަރނޭޝަނަލް އެއަރސްޕޭސް. އެކި ޤައުމުތަކަށް ކަނޑައަޅާފައިވާ ފްލައިޓް އިންފޮމޭޝަން ރީޖަން (އެފް.އައި.އާރ) ހިމެނޭ ސަރަޙައްދުގައި އެއަރ ޓްރެފިކް ކޮންޓްރޯލްގެ ޚިދުމަތް ފޯރުކޮށްދޭންޖެހޭއިރު، މި ސަރަޙައްދު ކަނޑައެޅިފައިވާ އެންމެ މުހިންމު ބޭނުމަކީ ވައިގެ ދަތުރުފަތުރުގެ ސަލާމަތާ ރައްކާތެރިކަން ޤާއިމްކޮށްދިނުން. އިންޓަރނޭޝަނަލް އެއަރސްޕޭސް ގެ ތެރޭގައި ހިމެނޭ އެފް.އައި.އާރ ސަރަޙައްދަށް ވަނުމަށް ޤައުމެއްގެ ހުއްދަ ހޯދަން ނުޖެހުނު ކަމުގައިވިޔަސް، އެއަރ ޓްރެފިކް ކޮންޓްރޯލް ޚިދުމަތްތަކުން މިފަދަ ދަތުރުތަކާ ގުޅޭ މަޢުލޫމާތު ޙިއްސާކޮށް އަދި ވިލަރެސް ކުރަމުންދާނެ.

If this public servant deliberately delayed the paperwork of a deceased Maldivian over a personal grudge, this is not negligence, this is abuse of power. Its unfortunate that we longer have Technological Ministry or Minister. Otherwise, i would like to suggest that now is the next* best time as a country for us to move to FOSS & save millions of Dollar that are being wasted. *The best time for that has passed, hence the next.

In addition to Supreme Court judge, he served as the Chief Judge of the Civil Court (1997 - 1999) and as a member of the Judicial Service Commission of Maldives (2008 to 2010). He also served as a member of the National Human Rights Commission of the Maldives from 2003 to 2005. He’s a mentor and teacher. He was Dean of Faculty of Law in 2013 and he co founded Maldives Law Institute. They published some of the first legal books in dhivehi from which we studied from. Look at all his publications and additions to academia. He was also the president of Bar Association. A well respected all rounded judge, academician and lawyer. What are your credentials?
