@forestbmpme @CHPFortTejon It's not that CalTrans can't do road management it is that the typical California driver and car can't drive safely in snow. And the Tejon Pass at 4100 ft is a connecting point for a freeway with hundreds of miles of below 1000 ft elevation on both sides.
