@Uncatfishable A lot of people tell you to size up in sports for extra room when moving but the reality is most athletes need a correct toe box, which sizing up doesnt actually fix. Not saying everyone needs those ugly wide barefoot shoes, toe boxes are pretty specific to your foot.

@ironmike_405 Couple national level guys at my gym and one of them trains arms the same way most of us train compounds. Like they do heavy blocks with them, high rep blocks, etc. I think the biggest thing is just the consistency. The training blocks help keep it interesting

@heavensbvnny For hobbies I recommend you have one that keeps you active and one that keeps you creative. If you want the active one to be the gym thats fine but it doesnt have to be. Go play basketball, or run, or skateboard, whatever. And creative is something you can ideally do at home
