@Intuit Quickbooks Online is the absolute worst! Why would you make software that is more expensive and not user friendly? The desktop version had no issues, except on your end. Apparently you only want to rob your customers. 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

@sasan_goodarzi @turbotax @TeamTurboTax I did NOT file state taxes thru your site & there’s no option to opt out BEFORE payment. That’s unacceptable. TurboTax shows my state refund as $222 less than what I get filing directly (for FREE) on the state site. What’s going on here?

@sasan_goodarzi @turbotax @Intuit @turbotax Intuit/TT refuses to provide a refund when their instructions clearly states that user has the opportunity to select which taxes they want to file prior to making pymt. However, TurboTax takes pymt first. This is UNETHICAL!!!

@Intuit Your tax preparer service is horrendous. Tax preparer was incompetent. Made multiple errors on my federal return, which I could only see *after* paying you $590. Brought to her attention; she did not fix in time for filing deadline, so I had to file an extension myself!

Has anyone had issues using Turbo Tax software this year or is it just me! Granted, I have procrastinated, but I can’t even retrieve a blank form to file an extension. I paid $139. I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years with ease. Intuit has ruined a great product. @Intuit

@sasan_goodarzi i've been working with your seasonal workers for the last 12 hours trying to get my K1 to file correctly. It still will not compute correctly. There's a ton of great 1099 people signed up with you but your software is a mess. Can't get a supervisor to help!

@Intuit, WTF is with your 2025 Premier software? Why do I have to enter ever page, get an error, hit back, re-enter the same exact info, then it will accept it and move to the next page. You fought to make this harder, at least make your software work. Every year it gets worse!
