Why do people use @Intuit quickbooks? “We can’t verify you” “refer to the email” “the email that says we can’t verify you.” Endless loop of stupidity. Can’t send an invoice. Can’t get paid. But they have ALL my personal information but can’t seem to identify me.

@Intuit it's amazing how you've broken your merchant service system and then to top it off you've destroyed your customer support so that you can't easily resolve the issue you've created. It's so petty and cheap.

@HMRCgovuk @HMRCcustomers @QuickBooksUK @Xero @sageuk @Intuit The Quickbooks iPhone App has been so full of bugs the past couple of years, that some days I lose the will to live. The bug I’m most scared of, is that since 2024 the iPhone App can silently create duplicate transactions (payments, invoices etc) if the internet connection is poor - just like the Post Office Horizon issue. Duplicate transactions are easily prevented with the use of idempotency keys, so this should never happen. Most Quickbooks customers are SME’s and have no idea bugs like this exist or why their accounts don’t add up. Quickbooks have been switching users to a new interface since September 2025. We tried it, but it was full of bugs and reverted to the old interface. Fast forward to today, and all users have been forced to use the new interface. I am reporting multiple bugs on a daily basis, whilst waiting for ones already reported to be fixed. How can $113 billion Intuit ship such sloppy software. Software providers should be legally required to disclose bugs to their customers, especially when it concerns accounting. Duplicate transactions are the bugs I’m most scared of, but in daily use, I open Quickbooks and wonder what they’ve broken today and how many months, or even years, it might take to fix. If anyone at Intuit wants to reach out to help (especially whistleblowers) I’m all ears. Likewise, happy to chat with anyone involved with MTD at HMRC, as the software we all need to use is broken.

When QBs starts deducting random businesses 10k or more for QBs services from companies that have never even had a QBs account you know its time for @Intuit to just go out of business! @realDonaldTrump if need something to shut down kindly start with that company first! 🤷🏽‍♀️

@Intuit thanks for wasting my time after you put a link on my invoices without asking me. Your process to add a deposit account has a flaw in its steps. I had to call for 40 minutes because your website is set up poorly… all so you can take an additional $25 from my customers.

You guys unilaterally decided to put a link on my invoices and a customer used one so I linked my bank account and then QBO emailed that I had to wait 5 to 7 days for my application to process. But for your unilateral decision to include a payment link I would not have applied. I still don’t have that money. But I’m sure you have your $25.
