Also @Intuit FORCING me to PAY the PAYROLL TAXES 1 WEEK EARLY, for MY OWN convenience THEY SAY! THEN, @INTUIT PAYS the TAXES on the DUE DATE, so HOLDS onto the MONEY themselves for the 7 DAYS! HOW are others that USE QBO, handling this situation, coming up on 7/1/2026? DM ok!

A few days ago, @Mailchimp, now owned by @Intuit, changed its sign-in procedures. Ever since, I have been unable to sign in on my iPhone or iPad, even though I can sign in on my MacBook. Why? Because the system says they have a verification to my email, but the email never arrives. Mailchimp tech support says, "Please try another login method." On the iPhone and the iPad, there is only one login method, the one that requires waiting for a verification code from Mailchimp. @MailchimpStatus

I hear what you're saying about importing QBB files. Since that file type is a backup only, it first has to be restored before migrating to Online. @Intuit Can someone please explain to me how a $70+ Billion Dollar company cannot open it's own backup files? After two days and countless hours with their less than helpful support team, I was informed that a QBB file is not importable to their online platform unless you have a desktop version of the software, which they no longer sell, but I can download a free trial to a PC and try that way. Given I'm a MacOS user, I'm not going to buy a PC to transfer a file. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Truly astonishing how incompetent, lazy, and offensive the team running @Intuit Payroll are. Our payroll was over 100k this week. I've been trying to process payroll since Wednesday morning. This platform requires a 2-5 business day review process to grant us the right to pay our guys with the funds in our business bank account. Infuriating. Team is rude and no one speaks english. Will not respond to emails and act as if we have no other options. I will be shorting INTU. I'm embarrassed for you @sasan_goodarzi Multiple failures across several departments over the past few days and still no resolution. Outragous. What kind of operation are you running?

had a call with @Intuit quickbooks about our renwal, They tried to recommend QBO and that was more pricey with what we have. The reneweal seems crazy for the lack of updates and spam quickbooks has now a days. Looking for Invoicing, Sales orders, Purchase orders, and Payroll

@MattWilliams @Intuit My Quickbooks updated and corrupted the file and when I opened the backup it updated again and corrupted that too. I had to reinstall and go back to a 40 day old backup and rebuild everything…

@Intuit your support staff sucks. I have a technical support question. Was told I need to upgrade to get it answered. Upgraded then transferred to sales who told me I need another upgrade. Then was transferred back offshore when I questioned why in need 2 upgrades. Hire Americans that know what they’re doing.
