@Intuit They also told me to get help from my accountant…for an issue that QB created??? My payroll transactions are auto posted by Intuit and I have 6 that weren't. I would like those 6 transactions treated like all the others so I can reconcile and have a correct P&L.

It is crazy to me that I've been completely removed from a @QuickBooks online subscription as accountant user, but I still get payroll tax and employee payday emails... Seems like a security issue and @Intuit couldn't care less to try to fix. #SmallBusiness

I’m using a paid QBO product and spending an obscene amount of time and effort closing dialogue boxes attempting to upsell me to a higher tier product. It’s interrupting my workflow. @Intuit it’s a bit shocking.

Hey @QuickBooks @Intuit, I was charged $15.80 for a "Live" subscription I never authorized on 2/24. Support (Case 15154379861) promised a refund by TODAY, 3/11. Now I’m being told I need another ticket? It’s been 3 weeks. I can't believe I'm chasing $15.80.

I really hope you are not serious, Sasan There is no way anyone would trust an agent to be hooked up to your software given its present state of unreliability. If simple tasks like adding records is so buggy, do you think anyone would trust to automate it? Your company produces one of the worst software I ever seen, riddled with bugs and poor UX that keeps changing for the worse with each iteration

I am a small business. Owner and Intuit is absolutely the worst possible group don’t use TurboTax! They are nothing but thieves who are trying to harm us. I’ve been with them for four years and I’m telling you I could go through a list of things that indicate that they are trying to purposely wreck small businesses don’t give them your tax information. Go to one of these little places don’t be that lazy that you screw yourself. TurboTax always ignores
