@QuickBooks @QBCares @Intuit why send me a notification to apply for a business credit card & then not have the button to apply???? Another reason to switch off & move to @Square. Square easily gave us a business credit card & has been great

This remains a problem as I sit here trying to UPGRADE the acct. I must verify our address & my identity as the acct holder and there is no “state” option for DC nor District of Columbia. How’s this even possible, @Intuit?

Incredible. I run a NPO & our bookkeeper asked me to upgrade the QB subscription. @QuickBooks @Intuit are you aware that in the yr of our Lord, 2026, your state drop down does not include #DC nor #District of Columbia, ergo I cannot update info nor upgrade the software. Amazing.

What is going on at QuickBooks? Some support did come but the whole integration team is now uncontactable via email. Ordinary support is 100% incapable. The apps were fine before your new inexperienced team broke them all. Why? Case: OOP-0034754 @Intuit @sasan_goodarzi @OnesaasD

Why has my QuickBooks Online subscription increased ~40% while the service seems to be collapsing? The new eBay, Amazon & Etsy integrations are rejecting most imported transactions — breaking my books — and OneSaaS support is uncontactable. @Intuit @sasan_goodarzi @OnesaasD

@Intuit COULD somebody help how to STOP INTUIT for charging fee. A month trail fee was deposited by Visa card but intuit continually attempts to charge fee from my credit card. I DO NOT WANT CONTINUE WITH INTUIT.

I’m genuinely curious if anyone else has been subjected to what is essentially a bait and switch sales tactic by poorly trained/misinformed and poorly managed telephone sales people at @Intuit ???? Did I just get unlucky?

@Intuit for the $1149 subscription fee we have to pay now for @QuickBooks , can you please fix the “do not notify me again” button on the pop-ups. We don’t want to be notified every time we open the software. It’s annoying. For this escalation fee, we expect the software to work.
