@anatime321 im not sure if this would be helpful but have you tried using mouthwash? the kind with fluoride will also help protect your teeth if you don’t feel up to brushing !!

I have been trying to do something akin to harm reduction on my teeth (that’s not the word) I’m trying to brush them once a day. I haven’t been able to brush at all because of sensory issues and depression so I’m just going to try for once a day.
