@rkoinzan All Fraud needs to be investigated. Easy answer. Crop Insurance is around 8% of the Farm Bill. Farmers have skin in the game in the form of premiums. 2%-3% overpayment rate. SNAP is 80%+ of the Farm Bill with a 12%-15% overpayment rate. Which fish fries first?
