Well, after a whirlwind of a trip out to North Carolina… we’re expecting baby #6 in November, and we officially have outgrown our Chevy Suburban! Now I can only hope for a smooth drive back home.

Day 15-17 We finished up all the planting on Sunday morning right before the rain. Sprayed 1300 acres of sunflower and bean pre in a 24 hour window. Now it’s time for some rest and rain.

Day 14 All custom corn acres are finished. Ended with a #farmweird plot testing different hybrids and seeding rates for alley crops, with cover crops in between. Tons of dirt blowing. Dad can't ever remember it being this bad.

Well, I wasn’t expecting that kind of casualty from the wind. We had a black bear get in this bag and make a few holes, we semi-patched them but apparently not quite well enough. Wind got in and finished the job. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Day 13 536 acres planted today of corn and soybeans. Finished our farms corn and beans. Have sunflowers and a few custom acres to finish up.

Day 9-12 On the home stretch.

@NickHorob This is awesome! Can paperless connect to one drive or do you have to re upload your documents?

Most farmers I know have a ton of paper documents. Just a few examples: invoices, fertilizer records, crop plans, grain marketing contracts, etc. Paperless NGX is an open-source document storage platform that converts all of your documents and their contents into a digital format (using OCR to read text and even handwriting). But in my opinion, it's missing two things: 1. Semantic search that finds results based on meaning and topic, rather than exact keyword matches. 2. Connectivity with AI tools. So we've built a free tool that we're giving away to the Fullstack Ag community, and we're calling it Paperless Ag. It combines semantic search with an MCP. It's taking us a little longer than what I was hoping for, but we should have it launched to the community this week.

Day 8 ended with a light rain. Does anyone else carry corn and beans in their seed tender at the same time?
