US citizens are underrepresented for 2 reasons:
- The Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) forces non-US financial institutions to report US customers to Treasury, and US citizens to disclose overseas accounts
- Delaware, Wyoming etc offer just as much secrecy anyway
