The city of Hoover, Alabama, has officially rejected a proposal to build an Islamic school and community center after large public protests and a heavy turnout at the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
The commission justified its decision with concerns about traffic congestion, high population density and impact on property values.

There was a 10-12 year period from 97 to about 2008 where I didn’t miss a race on Sunday. I loved NASCAR and boy people hateddddddddd Gordon. That period of racing was awesome.
