@joinpesa You customer service is very bad , I have been using this app for a long time with lots of transactions , I tried loging in on Saturday and the app asked me to update , since after the update , I can’t access my account anymore , I got an email my account has been restricted

Your services are just too unreliable.

You should add an option for clients to be able to withdraw the money back to their respective bank if your services are bad!!!!

Same thing they done to me restricted my account saying I authorized it okay open so I get my funds out they aren’t not even replying my messages any more @joinpesa I’m definitely taking this up legally I promise you all cause it’s been over 24 hours no response, no solution, let me withdraw my funds and go my way that’s all I ask! "High volume of messages" tells me I am not alone in this which means this is a systemic failure affecting multiple customers, making this even more serious.
For the public record:
✅ My account was fully verified when opened
✅ I did NOT request any restriction
✅ Your system rejects my valid UK driving licence
✅ I spent Sunday night stranded with no money or transport
✅ This is now 30+ hours unresolved
@TheFCA — Pesapeer Payments Limited FRN 931425 is in breach of:
— FCA Consumer Duty 2023
— Payment Services Regulations 2017
— Electronic Money Regulations 2011
@joinpesa I am filing with the Financial Ombudsman Service tonight as an urgent hardship case.
Every hour this remains unresolved is documented. My funds must be released or reversed TONIGHT.

They are just so bad.
For the last 4 days, they have held my 1100 rands… logged me out of my account and restricted it all without my request.
They don’t reply to emails, messages and all..

@joinpesa It's over 2 days I made this transaction , the money has been deducted from my card but it didn't reflect on my pesa account, I updated the app this morning, and I tried to sign in, boom, app says verification was sent to my email, which didn't drop. My app is restricted
