@justanswer DO NOT trust them. After being completely deceptive they will fraudulently continue to charge you after you've paid what's best described as ransom. Then, good luck getting someone on the phone. They pretend they can't hear you and just hang up. They should be jailed.

医者がまともに対応してくれなかったから、ジャストアンサーなるものにトライアル500円払っちゃったじゃん…3日以内どころか数分で解約したけど、まじ大丈夫なの？500円は理解して払うけど。結構、解約したのに後から不正な請求されてる人見かけるんだけど。証拠はあるからな。

Do not trust @JustAnswer. Their site is deceptive, so unless you're looking to be charged fees that are unseen until it's too late, look elsewhere for quality technical help.

@JetBlue it is beyond disgusting that you give your customers an option to text with a scumbag company, @justanswer opposed to an actual JetBlue service agent and while they tell you they charge $5 to help it turns into a $45 monthly fee and does NOTHING to help change a flight.

@justanswer This company is built on a business model of fraudulently charging "customers" on a recurring basis for dubious "advice". I agreed to a one time charge, for an answer. The result of which was no help to solve my problem and over a years worth of recurring charges.

@justanswer scammed my elderly father! He went online to ask a question to Amazon Prime, and somehow JustAnswer deceptively intercepted and has been billing him $46 a month for over 3 years without consent!

ジャストアンサー詐欺 Justanswer.jp ここは最初に質問した後は自動的にサブスクに登録されてしまう。 詐欺に近い手口です。 去年の夏から毎月5980円の支払い請求が来ていた。説明が非常に分かりにくく被害にあっている方は多数おると思われます。 消費者センターに問い合わせしました。

@BBBCentralVA - your endorsement of @justanswer led me to trust the site & I was tricked into paying an $86 annual fee - to get an answer, I was told $2 but when I signed up in order to pay, it charged me $86!
