xilly won't stop lying no, this will not constantly use 20% of your bandwidth. it means that when you DOWNLOAD updates, Windows will be able to freely reserve up to 20%. your computer will reserve 100% when not downloading an update.

Two weeks ago, one of our chad engineers cooked so we released our IOMMU Restriction Enforcement, which marked the end of 2PC DMA attacks using IOMMU.
