2. Israeli military courts have a statistically impossible 99.74% conviction rate for Palestinians.
They have a 1.9% conviction rate for Israeli settlers and soldiers.
3. There are thousands of Palestinians currently being held in Israeli military prisons, without charges or trials under a system known as “administrative detention” who will now be eligible for the death penalty.
4. Claims that thousands of Palestinians could now face execution are 100% accurate.
5. Pardons from the Israeli president for Palestinians convicted in Israeli courts are nonexistent throughout Israel’s history outside of prisoner exchanges during wartime.
