@TanFad @Micromede @NikonInst @nico_stuurman Since last January there is a NIDAQ device adapter for analog and digital output control. Still no waveforms, that is next on the list (but waiting a bit to fully understand the requirements).

Real-time segmentation of fibroblasts allows us to grow actin skeleton in a specified direction! Cells built @Pertzlab express optogenetic construct to activate RAC. We use @manager_micro and @napari_imaging to train a pixel classifier for segmentation on live data from scope. 🧵
