We haven't been around long enough to observe this in our own data yet (and frankly I haven't dug into this) but the literature says youth, low self-knowledge, and high openness as predictors of more ranking volatility. Personality stabilizes a lot by ~25.
We never tell someone to wait if they think they're ready. Starting matters more than optimizing, as long as the underlying alignment is strong.

@mathyouf What matters is the integral across your life. Good relationships compound, so a small edge in initial compatibility becomes a larger area over time. A shift in relative rankings matters less than beginning that compounding as soon as you're ready.
