Afawk it was only Greys she left. Afterwards, she went on to be a main character in 2 different shows for multi seasons.

@torturedfilm The worst part is that Lexie never got the same treatment. No tribute episode, no montages, etc. I loved Mark, but Lexie was an equally important character, and I hated that he got all this memorialization and she got none of it. It felt like the writers immediately forgot her.

@torturedfilm I will always mourn the potential that Lexie had to be so much more they essentially erased her character in the final season and we barely got to see her character develop, that plane crash literally traumatised me on my first watch 7 years ago I was 13 bawling my eyes out 😭

Okay hear me out. Lumax was introduced to show how toxic Mileven was. Robin was introduced to parallel Will’s and Mike’s queerness. Vickie was introduced as Robin’s girlfriend to parallel Byler. Jopper is a childhood friends to lovers trope just like Byler. Jancy and Stancy are a love triangle just like Byler and Mileven (with an independent woman). Everything surrounds Will, Mike and El when you think about it 🤷🏼‍♀️
