I think agent skills are super powerful and important. But I think you can also easily spend WAY too much time trying to come up with the perfect skills - just to then see your agent not use them at all. Or still misbehaving. KISS applies there, too

If you’re having a bad day, watch this. Can’t feel bad thereafter. Watched some of the live streams - it’s so deserved!

Sometimes I think if maybe all my AI productivity gains come from the magic git and linux commands the AI can conjure up and execute so well....

I only have 1 or 2 - maybe, if I'm going wild, 3! - coding agents running at the same time. No ralph. No 10 parallel cloud agents. Not sure if I'm missing out on something but this approach works pretty well for me
