@StefanEJones @nprscottsimon I agree 100%. Why aren’t folks talking about endless stream of baloney Trump spouts all the damn time.

Here’s the problem: even if @POTUS verbal slips are quickly corrected and totally understandable, people are listening for them now. Even scoring and numbering them. What used to be dismissed and understood is suddenly heard differently.
