@NOWHelpTeam for two days now I’ve not been able to watch anything on the TV or on my phone app as I get the error message that I don’t have an active membership, when I do in fact have an active membership, any idea when this will be fixed? Seems a waste of money…

@merry_musing I'm sorry to hear this isn't working for you, Stephanie. You can make payments to your credit card using sort code 090099, account number 01000007 and using your full credit card number as the reference for the payment. ^TC
