#MOKA shared a touching message for GLLIT in her recent Weverse post 🥹💗 Hello, GLLIT. Thank you for staying with us until the end of this promotion period ^^ I never wanted to make GLLIT worry, but I think I made a somewhat selfish choice yesterday. Right before going on stage, my condition got a little worse. But since it was our final broadcast, and because I really wanted to perform in this wig, I wanted to go on stage no matter what. To make that happen, so many people helped me behind the scenes. Even though I knew GLLIT would be upset to see me like that, I felt like I would regret it so much if I didn't perform on the final stage. Thanks to all the help I received at Inkigayo as well, I was able to perform until the very end. I'm grateful to everyone who helped me, thankful to the members who performed alongside me until the end, and truly, truly thankful to GLLIT for supporting and cheering me on ^^ I don't know if something like this will happen again in the future, but I think I would probably make a similar choice again. If that happens, I hope GLLIT will continue to support me ^^ A lot of people are helping me, so please don't worry. I won't give up, and I'll stay by GLLIT's side while working hard until I've fully recovered and my condition is completely back to normal. Thank you always, and I love you ♡ #ILLIT #아일릿

@michellestarves i went from 65kg - 59kg this month and tbh all i did was fast and eat 500 cals a day sometimes when i had binge urges i would eat 800 but i also work out a lot, pilates classes 2-3 times a week, 7-10k steps daily, gym cardio 1h 3-4 times a week. also sauna helps w water retention

@michellestarves i lost 6kg, i just did a max of 800 and burned ~350 cals daily, if i had days where i had to eat more i just substracted it from the cals of the nex t days

@michellestarves I did lose 10kg and I managed to maintain it even though I was eating normally. Just don't binge you can over eat but don't binge that will cause you to gain weight. Also alot of steps. It's okay to have high calorie days just don't binge

@wyllzie I also have a problem with binging after a fast but low intake doesn't make me binge so I'll do Omad instead and also get 10-20k steps

@michellestarves hii! when i lost 18 lbs in march i kept my intake under 700 cals and walked 10-20k steps every day. try to fast for a day every week but ive found that fasting for multiple days leads to binging. stay safe!!💕

@michellestarves @princesspinkyy3 No problem!! When taking the iron supplements (if you do) make sure to monitor how your body is accepting them. Iron pills are very useful for energy but are very easy to OD on if you aren’t pay attention. Slowly introduce it and never take it every day!

@michellestarves Stay under 950 and be consistent. Most of the people on edtwt eat a low enough amount of calories but binge to much to see progress
