Today from 2pm to 5pm in the village Hall and the church we go back in Oldtown history to see how the bus connected Oldtown to Dublin and the surrounding areas, all welcome and a free event

This Sunday 25th of August from 2pm to 5pm in Oldtown Village Hall there will be a vintage bus and car rally, open to all and with plenty of talks and memorabilia as part of National Heritage Week. @Fingalcoco

Oldtown National School are having a free family fun day in the school Saturday week 22nd June, with bouncy castle, pony rides and bbq plus many more activities. There will also be a craft fair on with many local people selling there crafts, open to everyone, 12 noon to 3pm.

On 7th June fingal local elections will take place and we are under the rush-lusk area, the candidates we vote in help us for the next few years for improving our area, thank you @BrianDennehy5 @CathalCom @AdrianHenchy for all there help the past few years.

Our clean up day returns this Saturday 23rd March between 9am to 12, meeting at the village hall, you can collect bags, pickers andyou can see the last few weeks the amount of dumping so we need to keep on top of it, there will be tea/coffee afterwards. Thank you

Hi All…. Due to the bad weather, the planned annual clean up tomorrow has been cancelled….

Saturday March 2nd is our annual Spring clean around the area, meeting outside the hall from 11am until 1pm, you can collect pickers and bags and do your own area and let us know location and we can pick the bags up or get a designated area, keep Oldtown surrounding areas clean.

Just to inform the Community of Oldtown The Irish Farmers & Fingal Farmers are hosting a Public Meeting in City North Hotel on Rural Crime Community Policying and other matters in our area and surrounding areas. Takes place this Friday 1st of March between 8 and 10 o clock pm .

Exciting news. From February 19th there will be a new bus service from Balbriggan to Swords but will be going through Oldtown and Ballyboughal to Swords with up to 10 times a day which is great for our Community for shopping, schooling, nights out. @Locallinklmf

Fingal Mummers are having there annual Mummers Ball in the Oldtown House tonight and all are welcome . Kicks off at 9PM. Weather permitting they might have a very short Mummers Parade in the village main street, come along and join in the fun and all welcome and free event.
