You watched a few seconds video and concluded that her mum is not doing enough because you didn’t see how she disciplines her child off camera. You don’t know what they’ve tried, you just sit and assume the child should be sent to Africa. To do what exactly? This child needs professional help. There are programs, camps, rehabs and even medications for that.
