The way the police officer treated Henry Nowak was nothing to do with some general prejudice against white people. All evidence shows police treat white people better than others. Farage either knows this and is lying or is stupid. A police memo from a Chief will not change millions of years of evolved behaviour.

This is sick. If these police officers aren't criminally charged with depraved indifference to life in the killing of Henry Nowak, it would be an outrage. Arresting him for allegedly racially assaulting Vickrum Digwa is no freaking excuse to handcuff him when he can't breathe & tells you he was stabbed! He posed no threat! Using 'racial sensitivities' to excuse police negligence & incompetence is reprehensible.
