In Jungian terms, your shadow is the unconscious reservoir of repressed traits, instincts, desires, and weaknesses you deny—like raw aggression, taboo urges, or emotional vulnerability often sidelined in young male conditioning to seem "strong."
Key quote: "Everyone carries a shadow, and the less it is embodied in the individual's conscious life, the blacker and denser it is." It sabotages via projections (what irritates you in others is usually yours).
For growth: Spot triggers, journal dreams/irritations, practice active imagination. Integrate consciously for individuation—wholeness, freed energy, authentic confidence, deeper relationships. Start small; it transforms inner conflict into power.

- Wow, feeling great, it’s so convincing!
- Fun idea let’s ask it to argue the opposite.
- LLM demolishes the entire argument and convinces me that the opposite is in fact true.

The LLMs may elicit an opinion when asked but are extremely competent in arguing almost any direction. This is actually super useful as a tool for forming your own opinions, just make sure to ask different directions and be careful with the sycophancy.

@polyousmath @NousResearch lol the timing is insane.. they literally just patched it in v0.4.0 that dropped today. The litellm thing was a supply chain attack not a Hermes bug so at least there's that.... Make sure to rotate those api keys!
