@ppifca I have found a Combined Personal Accident plan that my hubby agreed to. If that was mis sold as we had anothrr cover. Does that come under PPI. I just send them an email to query it. I don't know why it was completed.

@Jewelisgold you may be able to complain to your bank or other provider, or to the Financial Ombudsman Service, after the deadline if you expereinced 'exceptional circumstances' that meant you couldn't complain within the time limit. (1/2)

@MartinSLewis Sadly my #PPI claim was refused as @HSBC has no record of my credit card, or the loans I took out with #MidlandBank in 1991 & 1993. Nor do I as I paid them off & that was that. Or so I thought. I still have the same account I took out in 1988. Is it worth trying the ombudsman?

@nx1977 If you complain to a bank or other provider about the sale of PPI, they must send you a final response in writing within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint. Hope this helps. We would recommend calling your provider if you are concerned. Thank you
