@Se_Railway your website says that advance tickets are currently available until 17 July but the purchase screen only allows purchases up to 26 June. What am I missing…?

@Se_Railway 🤣 You’re just BS-ing your way through. If Advance Tickets *only* available up to 12 wks (ie to 13/6), why have I just bought some for 16-18 & 23-25 June? Or are you going to tell me the ticket below is wrong…? Your lack of knowledge of your own service is embarrassing

@Se_Railway No, that directs you to the “can I get a refund on my advance ticket” & “can I get a refund” FAQs. The FAQ is clear: “When are Advance Tickets Available?” Not “What dates can Advance Tickets be amended to” Have bought >500 advance tickets. Not new to this Stop making it up.

@pumpkinthrower Hi, this section relates to amendments, as stated above the FAQ ("If you need to change your journey time"). To purchase a ticket, you can only do it 12 weeks ahead ^KJ

@HarveyyMonkk Hi Harvey. The line is expected to reopen at 7:00. In the mean time services will still run between Tunbridge Wells to London, and you can use your ticket at no extra cost on Southern services between Hastings and London ^DR

@Se_Railway Hi. The banner on your website says that advance tickets are available until Friday 6th March but when I go to purchase online the last day is 26th Feb (website) or 12th Feb (app). What gives?

@Se_Railway Return journey from Stonegate to London Terminals, leaving 05:40ish, returning 19:50ish on Tuesday 3rd March and same for Thursday 5th March. According to the website banner this should be possible.
