Hey @QuickBooks, I'm a student at Canadian All Care College. I used a trial for a 1-month assignment, and was just charged $124.30. I was told by support I'd get a refund, but Case #15155399689 was just denied. This is my entire monthly budget. Can you help?

@QuickBooks All you have to do is: 1) Let us opt out of the constant barrage of marketing. 2) Have a fair price for products. $400/year for basic QB is criminal. TT should be like $50 total and then maybe $25 per year to update. 3) Have some semblance of customer service. Y’all a scam.

@QuickBooks @QBcares I’ve used Intuit products for 20 years. I hate your company. Your constant unyielding upselling and lack care for your customers. Intuit is absolutely a terrible blight on individuals and small businesses.

I'd like to provide some clarification on this upcoming update. Automated taxes were added with the goal of simplifying your payroll tax management. That way, you can be sure you're compliant and your taxes are handled on time. @QuickBooks why is it taking longer (two days?) to get deposits after clients pay their invoices?

It appears my Quickbooks Online account has been hacked. After almost 2 hours on the phone support, Intuit folks can verify me, but GreenDot are not able to verify me. Now they are closed. HATE for QBO @QuickBooks @QBCares

@QuickBooks you are advertising a certain price for your services. You then bait and switch those charges when you accept the advertisement. Your customer service team insists they can not honor an advertisement that you push on your own application. @FTC bait and switch

@QBCares @QuickBooks can you stop the interns from changing the app every month. You’ve hidden qbs checking and envelopes. It takes ten clicks to find it and the the app thinks you’ve never used it trying to set up a new acct.
