@QuickBooksUK Threatening my client with read-only access to their accounts unless they reduce departments and classes. Yet we do not use any and have no option in settings to view..... support cannot even give us a list of them or instructions how to reduce them 🤔 😂😂

@QuickBooksUK Once again I have informed QB about another update that has been made, which has not been fixed. The latest is when you update prices, they DO NOT update until you restart the program. I notified QB using the online method last week, which was a waste of time (once again). This one could cost companies money, as they might not have noticed that all their changes will not have been updated.

@QuickBooksUK Having an issue with submitting VAT. I’ve tried turning off MTD in the settings and then reauthorising, even before it asks for my hmrc gateway ID I get an error CLIENT_OR_AGENT_NOT_AUTHORISED Really need this sorted asap
