PRD, feature list, references, whatever exists - Optional market research to see what similar products are doing and where we can stand out - Mood board to explore visual direction and set the design tone - First iteration to align early on style and direction (this all happens in week one) - Disappear for 7 to 12 days and design the core product while keeping the client updated on the progress - Review, refine, and final delivery Most products take 2–3 weeks. Bigger, more complex products take 4–8 weeks. Depends on the scope, complexity, and scale. Always has. Either way, it works.
