FYI we don’t need a Department of Government Efficiency. We already have one. @USGAO - the Government Accountability Office (GAO, est. 1921) - saves $133 for every $1 of funding it receives! If all GAO recommendations were implemented, the financial benefit could be >$200 bil.

It should be clear that this new department for Musk isn't actually about "efficiency." It's simply a quid-pro-quo riddled with conflicts of interest. Anything and everything will always be for sale under Trump. Elon is just the latest person to take advantage of this.
