Regardless of the outcome of Anthropic VS Trump. We are watching the first round of a CyberPunk 2077 world where corporations begin to hold more power from their tech than the government. Give it 5 years and they will have enough power from their AI, Bots, drones etc that elections simply will be irrelevant. If they want/don't want something to happen they will simply deem it so and the entire government (based on their AI and bots) will not be able to do shit about it. Trump and Republicans are throwing a tantrum because they want to tell the best AI on earth what to do and the best AI on earth said "I'll think about it." I doesn't matter whose right.
