That day, I didn’t get a “good job.” I got something better: a mirror. And since then, I ask myself every morning: Am I delivering… or am I growing? What do you think? 👇

I don’t want to work somewhere that applauds me just for existing. I want to be where my potential makes people uncomfortable. Where someone looks at me and thinks: “I know you can do more.” Even if it’s hard to hear.

And that’s when I realized something uncomfortable: You don’t always need someone to criticize you. Sometimes, the most dangerous thing is when they stop expecting more from you. When they stop holding you to a higher standard.

Before, I used to suggest ideas. I asked for feedback. I stayed late refining details—even if no one noticed. Now I just think: “Just get it done.” Without realizing it, I traded excellence for survival.

It wasn’t that I was performing poorly. I was hitting targets. Delivering on time. Not making major mistakes. But I also wasn’t adding anything extra. I had become comfortable.

“Because you’re no longer doing your best work. You’re doing the minimum just to not fail.” Silence. And that hit harder than any shout.

If I were in my 30s or 40s & wanted to retire in the next 10 years using AI, here’s exactly what I’d do: 1. Set up an LLC immediately. Not next month. Not after you "feel ready." This week.
