What very user-simple tech now exists for taking an image of somebody, and giving it different normal facial expressions? One of my characters doesn't exist, I only have the one Artbreeder image of her, and I'd like her to have, like... any other display options.

For the second theme, we might hire a designer to help us do such. TailwindUI spec could influence our direction, like it has influenced Chakra-UI :).

Proposals should be based on existing informal commalities in UI shown through actual usage, with field specimens from major sites. (descriptivist)

I believe new HTML elements should go through a standards process, be debated by multiple parties (not one), be useful to most websites (pave the cowpaths), and be written in language that makes sense for HTML, especially for folks who don’t speak English well. So no on this.
