@985TheSportsHub Blitzing on 3rd and long is the most overused and unsuccessful call because offense expects it. On the flip side, offense rushing a play on 3rd or 4th and short almost always favors defense.

@CEOAdam So the $24 million dollar position you liquidated in early December at $10 share is now selling at $34 share. After 4 years you finally got back to even after being down over 85%. 6 weeks later the stock has tripled. I think I’d be crying, not laughing.

As of noon EST today, the share price of Hycroft stock is exploding upwards. Combining our recent stock sale and our retained warrants and shares, our initial $28 million investment is now worth around $41 million all-in marked to market. He who laughs last, laughs best.

@Malone_Wealth And he’s bragging about his HYMC investment which was down 90% at one point and took 3 1/2 years to get back to almost even. AND he sold it 3 weeks ago @ $10 a share. It’s now $27.50. In 3 WEEKS!!!!

Sold shares at a dilution-adusted, split-adjusted price of $3,150/share in 2021 and has yet to purchase a single share even at today's $1.70 price. This is all data, no assumptions for tin-foil speculation. He laughed first and last.

@AviHarkishun $72 is just a flesh would compared to actual all time high. The all time high adjusted for all the reverse splits is actually $5446.50 back in June, 2021.

At this point, you don’t even remember what your ex put you through. Honestly, you’d probably go back and endure it all again if it meant getting one more chance to sell AMC at $72 (pre-split). @CEOAdam 23mm shares at end of 2019. AMC has issued over 400mm new and converted shares from debt and the company just continues to hemorrhage. Why should this equity raise/debt conversion be any different?

This is enormously good news for AMC.  Today, AMC issued a press release with a major announcement that is one of the more important developments in AMC's multi-year effort to fight back from the ravages that COVID prompted in 2020 (and its resulting aftermath since) both on the movie theatre industry generally and on our company specifically. Today we announced that AMC has signed a collaborative agreement with some of our most key lenders. If consented to by our Term Loan Lenders through a public consent process being launched today, it will do all of this: 1. Bring more than $220 million into our company's treasury through the issuance of new debt which can be used to refinance 2026 debt principal repayment obligations. 2. Convert $143 million of debt into equity now, and set in motion a path that could convert even more debt to equity up to a total of $337 million, each of which significantly further delevers AMC.  3. Fully resolve the litigation from some of the holders of our 7.5% Senior Secured Notes, that arose from our also substantial activity in the summer of 2024 to refinance much of our debt that previously was due in 2026 and now is not due until 2029 and 2030. This strengthening of our balance sheet is the result of highly complex negotiations, and is clear evidence that we have vital and strong support from so many of our lenders. And it comes at a time when the growing box office since April has been roaring loudly. @TomCaron I agree if there’s system is upgraded. Currently reflects 1 dimension relative to where the ball is caught. The strike zone is 3 dimensional and is in front of the catcher’s glove and that needs to be reflected.
