@Sportsnet Give your music director a raise for the easter egg, playing an instrumental of #PearlJam’s “rats” during the intermission. I see what you did there. #Oilers #Panthers

@HadesDark5d @RockBand Same thing here. Music store service down, can’t connect to Xbox 360 music store servers and “payment not accepted” since sept 18ish. Connected to Xbox help desk for 30 min, couldn’t figure it out. Want to buy some songs. @Xbox

@cocacola_ca hey is there any way to get Coca Cola stevia ? It was really the best option.

@joshgans Is the us army building increased care capacity as we speak? What effect will that have in nyc ?
English

@CBCNews @CTVNews The US army have a template design approved by gvt to build temporary “icu-like” facilities to increase care capacity. Canada can replicate.
Army Engineers work through details, private contractors get the job to build in record time.

I hadn’t seen this but this is the ticket.

@joshgans This is the only doable insurance policy we have. Not hoping for a treatment, not hoping to flatline the curve. We need to build, not hide.

I hadn’t seen this but this is the ticket.

Lt. Gen. Todd Semonite, Chief of the @USACEHQ, provides a 'simple' solution to the complicated problem of building temporary medical facilities to assist states with responding to #COVID19. This clip is from a press conference by Army senior leader on March 20, 2020.

@francoislegault involve the army for Quebec in building increased temporary care, just like the US. It is our only 100% ticket out. We are asking for it.

@francoislegault Francois, please use this time to increase temporary care facilities so people can catch it more safely. A lockdown will not save us. The only way out is more built temporary care.

Comme on pouvait s’y attendre, la propagation du virus s’accélère au Québec. C’est un rappel du sérieux de la situation et de la nécessité de limiter nos contacts physiques. Ensemble, on va passer au travers.

#sundayscrum we are simply buying time with the lockdown. Time needed to ensure we have the facilities ready when people catch it. Bare minimum care, these are being built in Florida and Seattle. We can do this Canada !
English

#sundayscrum Excellent MIT article - building increased temporary care capacity is the way out. thereader.mitpress.mit.edu/flattening-the…

#sundayscrum Spoke to a few doctors today, verdict: "increased physical capacity, ventilator mass production, scaling up diagnostic capacity, mobilizing the existing workforce and properly organizing them, creating new beds and spill-over infrastructure is the way to go."
English

#sundayscrum We have to set a limit to this quarantine. The only way out is a dramatic increase in capacity for temporary care infrastructure so that more people can catch it safely, and quick. Flattening the curve will not protect us if a resurgence happens.
English

@francoislegault Florida and Seattle building temporary hospitals. Hand in hand with social distancing will help. Can we set these up across the province ASAP, it will protect us from a potential 2nd wave this summer. local10.com/news/local/202…
English

@joshgans They are building temp hospitals in Seattle and 3 in florida. Right on cue. Can we convince the CDN Govt to do this? local10.com/news/local/202…
English

@joshgans how do we get this in the hands of the PM's cabinet? It's the only solution.

We need to increase capacity with social distancing. Flattening the curve does not protect us in the future. We need to build, fast !

@MarkRober there’s an open source covid-19 medical supplies fb group with 10k folks. I’m certain you would enjoy and help the world accelerate building necessary supplies if they knew. m.facebook.com/groups/6709322…
