@HMRCcustomers hi guys I've got a problem with my tax code. I've tried to sort it online but need to speak to someone. Only problem is for over a week now I get a 'too busy' message and cut off. I've been trying over the last 4 hours and have had no joy. How do I sort this?

@HMRCcustomers 1/2 It looks like you are taking 3 years worth of child benefits payments in this tax year. I'd spoken to someone about it at the end of last year as I'm pretty confused about the whole thing. I need to self assess so you can tell me how much I need to pay back..

@HMRCcustomers Hi Rachel, I don't. I had a similar problem that I got sorted easily last year. I think I ticked a wrong box somewhere on my self assessment.
