@SC_Pharmacist @PreceptRespons @dhughesPharmD Sometimes, your teaching philosophy could change even more frequently! I guess it depends on if you are formally writing it down or keeping it more as a mental philosophy. I encourage folks to still write it somewhere and refer back often!

@PreceptRespons @dhughesPharmD Had some more thoughts on this episode last night, especially about the last 5-7 minutes discussing updating the "perfect" teaching philosophy - there are so many external factors that change over time, I would think a teaching philosophy *must* be updated q5yrs or so 1/n

@SC_Pharmacist @PreceptRespons @dhughesPharmD I agree @SC_Pharmacist the teaching philosophy should evolve with any new or changing environment. The Facebook assignment is specific to our rotation but most students still use it! I am sure that will change in the coming years!
