@gavjs @Checkatrade I agree @gavjs , I was ripped off by a company acting under checkatrade name, charging £180 to pass a job on, and checkatrade just put obstacles in the way before doing nothing… absolute joke, never use these cowboys..

@Checkatrade cannot trust anything about your platform when you have traders who lie, overcharge, don't do work they say they'll do, create problems that don't exist, and send fake footage of supposed work. Complaint coming and all charges being disputed through credit card

@Checkatrade please be aware should you use checkatrade, as they have little control over who operates under their name, and especially emergency hero, who charged me£180 just to pass a job on! And made it clear as mud, BE AWARE… never again!

@Checkatrade is there any news on my complaint about emergency hero taking £180 just to pass the job on to one of your Callout engineers?? That’s not including the actual charge from the engineer who attended( which I had no issue paying)..

@IKEAUK what an absolute disgrace, we spend over £1200 and pay for delivery 5 days later, stay in all day, and after calling to chase, we’re told the delivery has been rearranged, but we were not informed, then the call centre said nothing will be done and hung up!
