The Worse Customer Service in Ireland, avoid using SumUp services. Their “Customer Services” ghost their customers, an open case for 1 week, blocking funds for “ongoing investigation” but no a simple email to update the status. @Sumup. Really bad practice

@SumUp This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever been a custo net of. I lost my wallet and shortly after, someone attempted to use my credit card. Instead of resolving the issue, I was locked out of my account and my card was somehow on another device. It has now been 10 days.
